Ovo Energy has an overall Great rating on Trustpilot, scoring 4.2 out of 5 stars based on approximately 119,000 reviews. With 69% being 5-star ratings and 11% being 1-star ratings, this indicates a fantastic experience for most customers.
After a brief look into the comments, we noted that their customer services team are polite and efficient when dealing with customer queries, their meter installation process was very straightforward, and customers' issues were dealt with very quickly over the phone.
Some of the negative comments were centred around previous SSE customers being switched over to Ovo, and facing difficulties with overcharging and being unable to get through to a customer service agent to resolve their issue.
