We filtered the comments by “npower” and most customers were happy about the customer service, as communications on pricing were easy to understand and helpful website. However, some of the more negative reviews were centred around being overcharged and how long it takes to resolve an issue.

What is Npower Business Solution’s cancellation policy?

Businesses are always advised not to cancel their commercial energy contracts before the opening of their renewal window. This helps you avoid early exit penalty charges.

If you want to terminate your energy contract with nBS, all you have to do is contact you to let them know you want to leave. You can get in touch with them by phone on 0800 138 2322. Their customer support team is available Monday - Friday 9 am-5 pm, excluding bank holidays.

When you cancel, you won’t need to supply a final meter reading, your new supplier should do this for you. You’ll need to pay your final bill which covers your remaining balance. From there, you should be free to move forward with your new supplier.
